HICKORY TWP., Pa. - A man suspected of robbing First National Bank is now in custody.

Pennsylvania State Police say a tip from a neighbor led to the arrest of 57-year-old Norman Clifford Lowe.

According to a release, the police and an agent of the FBI, Cranberry office, conducted a search warrant on Lowe's home at the Eastbrook Apartments.

The New Castle man faces charges including robbery, terroristic threats and also faking the threat of possessing weapons of mass destruction.

Lowe allegedly told bank employees he had explosives in a backpack and demanding money.
