Youngstown and Sharon synagogues to celebrate merger

 YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Members of two area  synagogues will celebrate merging into what's being described as the largest Jewish house of worship in the Valley.

According to a news release from Rabbi Franklin Muller,  the congregations from Rodef Sholom Temple in Youngstown and Beth Israel in Sharon will hold a dedication ceremony on Friday night to commemorate the five year merger process.
The new congregation will be housed at the Congregation Rodef Sholom at Elm and Woodbine Avenues in Youngstown.

The celebration is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m.
