Campbell police arrest suspect in Kirwan Homes shooting

CAMPBELL, Ohio - Police have charged a suspect in connection with a shooting that wounded a man in the Kirwan Homes area.

20-year-old Teon Stennis is charged with felonious assault.

Stennis is charged in connection with  the shooting of a 19-year-old man on August 18 near Jean Street and Murray Avenue.

The victim was hospitalized for wounds in the leg and back.

According to police, two suspects in a car fled the crime scene after firing the shots from a vehicle.

    Youngstown Police are reviewing surveillance video after someone broke into a Cornersburg coffee drive-thru early Saturday. Officers rushed to Stone Fruit Espresso to Go around 2:30 a.m. after an alarm went off.  According to officials, the drive-thru window was smashed and blood droplets were on the window frame and on the floor inside the business.

     A New Castle man could be sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty in federal court to a charge of sex trafficking of a child. Ronald Kyle Hartman, 28, entered the plea on Monday in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh. Hartman, along with 24-year-old David Monrean, also of New Castle, were indicted in January following an investigation by the FBI and Grove City Police. Prosecutors say Hartman took pictures of a girl under the age of 18 as she was being sexually exploit...
