Sharon's Case Elementary School grand opening

Posted: Updated:

SHARON, Pa. - Elementary students in Sharon are getting a fresh start in a brand new school.

Case Elementary celebrated it's grand opening with an open house on Thursday. Construction of the new school took two years to complete.

During that time students attended classes nearby. "They put up with being in a temporary building which was too small for them. There was no air conditioning. They stayed in their classrooms all day because we didn't have enough space for them to go to like music.", said principal Traci Valentino.

The new school features state of the art technology in all of it's classrooms.
