Vigil held in memory of murdered Struthers teen

Posted: Updated:

STRUTHERS, Ohio - Family and friends remember a Struthers boy who was killed at the hands of his mother's ex boyfriend.

A candlelight vigil was held Wednesday at the Creed Street home where Teddy Foltz and his twin brothers lived.

The purpose of the vigil was to raise awareness about child abuse.

Teddy's mother, Shain Widdersheim was sentenced earlier in the day to 15 years in prison for failing to prevent her son's murder.
