Traffic stop turns up suspected heroin in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man is in jail charged with trafficking and possession of heroin.

Police arrested Israel Jusino III after they found a digital scale containing traces of suspected heroin residue.

Officers pulled over the car Jusino was riding in on Dewey Avenue after it went left of center.

Officers say they found the scale during a pat down.

Upon further search, officers say they discovered the suspected heroin.
