Aggravated arson in Warren under investigation

WARREN, Ohio- Investigators are handling an early morning incident of aggravated arson on the north west side of Warren.

It happened just after 1 a.m. on September 12th.

The victim, who lives on Ford Avenue, says someone threw an explosive device through his window.

The front window of the house shattered, and the house filled with smoke.

Some of the home owners property was damaged.

The Warren Fire Department responded, and there are investigators handling the incident.

This isn't the first time the man has been targeted.

A similar incident happened at the same address in the early morning of September 4th.

The man told police that there was another incident of arson that day, when someone attempted to set his home on fire. 

That incident caused damage to this back of his home.
