Warren man sentenced for trading furniture for firearms

AKRON, Ohio -  One of two brothers is sentenced in federal court for operating a flea market in Warren, Ohio where they traded guns for furniture.

A judge in U.S. District Court placed Henry Walker on five years probation Tuesday.

Walker was convicted earlier of unlicensed dealing in firearms and conspiring to defraud the United States.

A federal indictment says that Henry and Ricky Walker would buy firearms, then trade the guns for furniture with customers of their flea market.

The indictment alleges that thirty firearms were traded, including pistols, rifles and shotguns.

Ricky Walker has already pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced on November 5.
