Youngstown sex offender faces new sex related charges

Posted: Updated:

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A registered sex offender, who goes by the alias "Sincere", faces even more sex-related charges.

The Mahoning County Grand Jury has handed up a seven count indictment against 28-year  old Matthew Dubose of Youngstown.

Dubose is charged with rape, attempted rape, kidnapping, assault, burglary and gross sexual imposition.

According to an Ohio sex offender database, the whereabouts of Dubose was unknown until officers arrested him in the bedroom of a south side home in late August.

Officers found Dubose after a woman complained that he refused to leave her daughter's bedroom at her home on Saint Louis Avenue.

The woman told police that Dubose entered the room through a window, and forced the daughter to have sex with him.

Dubose was released from prison in 2009 after serving a sentence for unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

He was registered as a sexually oriented offender.
