One lane of southbound Route 11 reopens after truck crash

FOWLER TOWNSHIP, Ohio - One lane of southbound traffic is open again on State Route 11 in Trumbull County after an accident involving a tractor trailer.

42-year old Thomas Durkin of Erie, Pennsylvania tells state troopers that his rig rolled over when he swerved to avoid a deer.

Both southbound lanes were closed north of King Graves Road for three and a half hours. One of the lanes was reopened by 9:45 a.m.

The driver was treated for minor injuries.

The truck was carrying was parts destined for General Motors.
