Posted: Updated:

HERMITAGE, Pa. - A new fitness studio has opened in Hermitage.

Twisted Yoga & Barre has been hosting classes at 4040 East State Street in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, since September 1st.

Founder and owner, Jackie Stewart, along with her close friend, Sarahbeth Abalos, opened the studio together.

Each class is designed specifically by Stewart who has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years.  Twisted Yoga & Barre's hot yoga classes are inspired by Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.  Barre classes are influenced by classical ballet moves, pilates and yoga

"I wanted to fuse all my styles together; create Twisted's own special workout that is different from everybody else's.  So, I just took years of things put together to make one really fun, challenging workout," Stewart said.

Private and group classes are offered seven days a week for all fitness levels.  Visit Twisted Yoga & Barre's web site for class schedules and pricing.
