WARREN, Ohio - A judge in Trumbull County Common Pleas court set bond at $3 million for a Texas man accused of murder.

TaShawn Walker was arraigned Thursday on charges of aggravated murder, carrying a concealed weapon, and mishandling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

He was indicted for the shooting death of 24-year-old Richard Rollison IV.

On October 26, Rollison was gunned down at a gas station in the city.

Walker was in Warren for the funeral of his brother Taemarr, who was fatally shot during a confrontation with a city police officer. That shooting is still under investigation by local and state officials.

The shootings have been linked to increased tensions in the city which resulted in the cancellation of the final Warren Harding High School football game of the season.
