Driver identified in fatal Pulaski rollover crash

PULASKI TOWNSHIP, Pa. - State police are investigating a deadly crash in Lawrence County.

Troopers say the accident occurred early Monday afternoon in the west bound lane of Route 376, just south of route 208.

Chong S. Wigley, 71, of New Castle, was killed when her Chevy Blazer rolled over several times eventually landing on its wheels.

A passenger in Wigley's vehicle was not injured.

The driver of a Toyota Solara that Wigley hit before the rollover was not injured either.

Accident reconstruction experts from the Butler Post of the state police have been called in to investigate.

West bound traffic on route 376 was closed from the Mitchell Road exit to Pulaski for more than three hours.

The highway opened again shortly after 4:00 p.m.
