Posted: Updated:

Brie Bites

A red and green appetizer that's perfect for the holidays and is done in about 10 minutes. You can use cranberry sauce instead of preserves.

1 box fillo shells

4 oz. Brie cheese

1/2 cup raspberry preserves

4 Tbsp. pistachios

Preheat oven to 400º.

Cut brie into small 1/2 teaspoon-sized chunks and place one in each mini fillo shell. Bake for 5 minutes, until brie is melted. Remove from oven and top with some raspberry preserves. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve warm.
