YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown State center Chris Elkins has been named a second team All American by the Associated Press.

Elkins started all 12 games at center this season and started the final 38 games of his career including every game as a sophomore, junior and senior.

Prior to the 2013 season, he played guard and moved to center.
