Cold weather shelters opened in the valley

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Several communities have opened shelters to provide warmth to people who have experienced power outages or need to seek refuge from the cold.

    Howland Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a township business late Wednesday morning. Police say a man held up the Check Into Cash Title Loans office in the Crystal Spring Plaza on Elm Road NE at around 11 a.m. Employees say the suspect, whose face was covered, ordered everyone to get down on the ground before grabbing cash and running out of the business. Witnesses say the man drove away in a black Ford. No one was injured.
