New Middletown woman killed in two vehicle crash

NORTH BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Authorities have identified the victim of deadly weekend crash in Lawrence County as an Ohio resident.

The county coroner pronounced 69-year-old Judith Heaven of New Middletown dead at the scene of a two vehicle crash along the Pennsylvania-Ohio state line around 8 p.m. Saturday.

Police say a vehicle traveling north bound on State Line Road ran a stop sign at West Poland Avenue hitting the vehicle containing Heaven and her husband who was flown to St. Elizabeth Hospital by a medical helicopter.
 
The coroner reports that Mrs. Heaven died from multiple internal injuries.
 
The other driver, 62-year-old Stanley Shiderly of New Bedford, PA was not seriously injured.

State Police are still investigating.
