Car drives into a barn in Mercer County

WILMINGTON TWP., Pa. - Police in Mercer County are investigating an accident where a car drove into a barn.

It happened around 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon on Clover Road in Wilmington Township.

Police say the driver of a Ford Escape went off the road and crashed into a barn owned by a local Amish family.

The driver was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. His condition is unknown.

    Authorities in Mercer county are investigating reports of thieves skimming credit guards to steal consumers personal information. It happened recently at Wagler's Camp Perry service station in Clarks Mills.   Skimming happens when thieves unlock gas pumps and connect a skimmer to the card reader which steals information when a customer swipes a credit or debit card.
