BOARDMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A realty company says it is negotiating with major retailers to move into a growing area of Boardman.

Bill Kutlick of Kutlick Realty says his firm has already leased space in the former Value City store to Fin, Feather and Fur Outfitters, that will open it's outdoor goods store this spring.

He says that about 88-thousand square feet is still available at  the plaza known as Tiffany Square, which is located on the northeast corner of Route 224 and South Avenue.

Kutlick says he's in talks with two retailers to occupy 55,000 square feet of the space. He did not reveal which retailers are considering leases in the area.
