Sewer line project approved for Route 193 in Vienna Twp.

VIENNA TWP., Ohio - A sewer project along Route 193 in Vienna Township is moving forward.

Trumbull County Commissioners approved a bid for the project on Wednesday.

The sewer line will be installed from the intersection of Warren-Sharon Road to near Route 82.

Another leg of the line will serve Mathews High School.

"There's numerous businesses along the route. Yankee kitchen, brother's pizza, there's the high school, a number of gas stations, IGA in Vienna; so it will benefit numerous businesses," said Rex Fee with the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer's Office.

The $2 million-dollar project covers about two miles of sewer lines.

Trumbull County Commissioner Frank Fuda says three restaurants are interested in opening in this area once the sewers are ready.
