YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A federal judge has thrown out a sex discrimination lawsuit filed against Youngstown State University by one of it's associate professors.

Assistant Psychology Professor Dr. Frank Ragozzine sued the university, claiming that a woman had been granted tenure while he was passed over.

On Monday, the U.S. District court in Youngstown dismissed the lawsuit saying that Dr. Ragozzine failed to show that his constructional rights were violated.
