YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A jury returned with a partial verdict in the trial of a Youngstown man accused of murdering a neighbor.

The Mahoning County jury found 21-year-old Michael Paige not guilty of aggravated murder but they were not able to come to a unanimous decision on three other counts.

They included murder, voluntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence.

Prosecutors say Paige will be tried again for those three charges.

Paige was charged with fatally shooting 31-year-old Munir Blake, after Blake accused Paige and his cousin, Jasmin Fletcher, of stealing electricity from Blake's Lora Avenue duplex in 2012.

Jasmin Fletcher pleaded guilty last week to charges which include tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.

Fletcher will be sentenced later.
