Posted: Updated:

GIRARD, Ohio - A Girard police officer has been disciplined after teens were found allegedly drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana at his home..

Officer Larry Neely has signed a last chance agreement with the city, which stipulates that he receives a 20 day unpaid suspension.

The agreement also specifies that Neely will be terminated from his position if he is charged with any future infractions.

An internal affairs investigation showed that Neely was on duty while the teens partied at his Mosier Road home.

Four adults and four teens face criminal charges in connection with that party.

Police found a party underway at Neely's home when they responded to tips that the gatherings had been taking place there for several weekends.
