Owner of closed Austintown nightclub sentenced

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - The owner of a closed Austintown adult cabaret will spend 30 days in jail for liquor violations.

Sebastian Rucci will also have to pay $4,000 for the illegal liquor sales at the Go Go Lounge.

Rucci is currently pursuing a federal lawsuit against the law enforcement agencies behind 2010 charges of prostitution and money laundering that have since been dismissed.
