Posted: Updated:

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Crews from the Youngstown Fire Department were called to the scene of an accident involving a truck and a building on the city's west side.

An ice cream truck ran into the drive-through portion of the Rite Aid store at Mahoning Avenue and Schenley  Avenues this morning.

A store employee tells 21 News that the truck was making a delivery when it ran into the building.

Some of the structure's brick work was damaged during the crash.

No injuries were reported.

The store remains closed until it can be determined if the building is safe.

Store officials are directing customers to the Rite Aid in Cornersburg for service.
