Grand Jury to decide if Youngstown teen will be tried for murder

Posted: Updated:
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -
The Mahoning County Grand jury will decide if a Youngstown teenager will be tried as an adult for a shooting death.

The case of 16-yr-old Damarrea Harris was bound over to the Grand Jury on charges of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery.

The charges were originally filed in juvenile court after David Perkins of Niles was shot in the back in the driveway of a Hilton Avenue home in October.

Harris remains in the Mahoning County jail without bond.
