BOARDMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -

Kutlick Realty announced on Tuesday that it has negotiated the relocation of Boardman's Hobby Lobby store.  The arts and crafts chain store, currently located on Boardman Canfield Road east of West Boulevard, will move to Tiffany Square, located at 1136 Boardman Poland Rd.

Tiffany Square is located on US 224 at the I-680 on/off ramp with frontage on South Avenue and Tiffany Boulevard. Hobby Lobby will lease over 55,000 square feet.

The news release from Kutlick Realty did not say what will happen to the space being vacated by the current Hobby Lobby.

According to a news release, Tiffany Square is being completely redeveloped. A new facade, landscaping, and lighting are all part of the project. Hobby Lobby will join the new tenant Fin Feather Fur.

There is additional big box and small shop space available.

Hobby Lobby operates over 558 arts and craft stores throughout the United States.
