Suspect jailed in Trumbull County for alleged threats against family of Niles mayor

WARREN, Ohio - The man wanted for threatening the Niles Mayor's family has been brought back to the Valley.

Edward Kapturasky, 38, surrendered to authorities in Columbus earlier this week, and has now been transferred to the Trumbull County jail.

Kapturasky is accused of sending threatening text messages containing to members Mayor Ralph Infante's family.  Kapturasky is related to the mayor's step-daughter.

He'll be arraigned in Niles Municipal Court on a charge of telephone harassment
