“Having served on Infogain’s Board of Directors, I have been given a good glimpse and perspective of the business, its challenges and its culture. They have a great team and stable relationships with several Fortune 100 customers among many others,” said Karnik. “I look forward to being a part of the team, executing Infogain’s vision of building ever deeper relationships with current clients and continuing to expand our global footprint.”
