Beaver police on the lookout for stolen two dollar bills

NORTH LIMA, Ohio - Authorities in Beaver Township are asking Valley businesses to be on the alert for someone with a  large amount of two dollar bills.

Police say bills in the denomination of $2.00 were stolen from a home on Mallard Lane Sunday.

773 bills are missing, which have a total face value of $1,546,00.  The resident also reports that a silver plated cubic zirconia bracelet and pendant were also taken.

Police are asking for assistance from any retailers, pawn stores, coin stores, or grocery stores with change devices to be on the lookout for the bills.

The Beaver Police Department is asking that anyone witnessing an extraordinary amount of $2 bills being exchanged or used to purchase items to contact them at 330-549-5338.
