LOS ANGELES, June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IC Places, Inc. (OTCQB: PNCH) announced today that Actress/ Model, Marilinda Rivera has joined the company to lead Imagina TV, the Spanish version on Imagination TV.
Ms Rivera will help to guide the voice and direction of Imagina TV. Ms. Rivera has begun filming hosting and commercials spots for Imagina TV from the company's studios, Empire Media Center in Glendale California. Imagina TV is slated to launch online with at Filmon.com in 90 days, which is one month after the English version, Imagination TV. The network will begin broadcasting on television late 2014.
Ms. Rivera will use her considerable influence in the Latino community to open doors for new speakers and authors to join Imagina TV. She will also be a spokesperson for the network as well as its cultural guide.

The Spanish speaking TV market continues to grow each year. While most networks saw their total ad revenue fall the last few years, according to Kantar Media, Spanish speaking networks like Univision saw an increase of 16.7 percent to about $2.18 billion, and Telemundo saw 2011 ad revenue rise 2.8 percent to about $915.4 million.
