AUSTINTOWN, Ohio -

The Mahoning County Drug Task Force spent Thursday afternoon executing search warrants four places between Austintown and North Jackson.

Officials said the raids stemmed from a six month long investigation into illegal internet cafes in the area. Internet Palace and Goldstrike in Austintown were both raided, as well as a private residence in North Jackson. The fourth warrant was for Club 76 in Austintown.

Task Force Commander Jeff Solic said electronic files, records and computers were taken from each location, along with currency and gambling machines from the internet cafes.

No arrests have been made at this time.
