PFLUGERVILLE, Texas, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Matthew McMillan's dedication to customer service made him the ideal candidate for promotion to marketing company president of U-Haul Company of North Austin. As president, McMillan will oversee all operations and use his knowledge and drive to increase this company's success.

McMillan began his U-Haul career in March 2002 as a customer service representative (CSR) for U-Haul Moving and Storage at I-20 and 360. Several months later McMillan served as an assistant general manager before returning as a CSR to U-Haul Moving and Storage of Addison. He also served as CSR for U-Haul Moving and Storage of Richardson before being promoted to reservation manager for U-Haul Company of East Dallas. In October 2007, McMillan was promoted to general manager at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Plano. In September 2011, McMillan was promoted to traffic control manager for U-Haul Company of North East Dallas, the position he held until his recent promotion to marketing company president.

McMillan's plan for success includes providing excellent customer service and making business decisions that meet the needs of U-Haul Company and the customer. He believes there is no challenge his team of first-class professionals can't handle.
