Route 11 ramp reopens in Vienna after four hour shutdown

Posted: Updated:
State Troopers have reopened the ramp from Route 82 westbound to State Route 11 southbound following a closure of more than four hours.

A truck tipped over on the ramp at approximately 10:11 a.m. Tuesday. By 12:30 p.m. the truck had been righted, but the ramp remained closed as crews cleaned up debris.

Troopers say the ramp reopened just before 2:30 p.m.

There are no reports of serious injuries.  The driver was cited for failing to maintain control of his vehicle.
