POLAND, Ohio -

Authorities have made another arrest in connection with a rash of car break-ins in Mahoning County.  Rex Putnam of Niles was arrested on Wednesday.

Putnam's wife Roxann Putnam, along with two other Niles residents, Tera Watters and Keith Sarrach appeared in Struthers court Wednesday to answer multiple misdemeanor and felony charges of receiving stolen property.

All four are accused of stealing items from unlocked cars in two residential developments in Poland township.

Poland Township Police said the recovered goods were taken from several cars in developments on Cobblers Run, Dobbins Road and the Four Seasons area, off Harvest Run.

In Boardman, thieves targeted at least eight vehicles located in parking lots in Boardman Park and at the Davis Family YMCA on McClurg Road.

Police say they also have a fifth suspect in mind, but no charges had yet been filed.
