GROVE CITY, Pa. -

The man accused of grabbing a 9-year-old boy at a Wal-Mart in Grove City faces a judge.

27-year-old Shawn Miller appeared before a magistrate in Mercer County, where he is charged with unlawful restraint of a minor and assault.  His case was bound over to Common Pleas court for trial.

Pennsylvania State Police say the boy was alone in the store's restroom last week, where he was allegedly held against his will until he could squirm free.

Store surveillance photos that police posted on social media led to his arrest.
