YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

The Ohio Supreme Court has selected a judge to hear the cases of two men charged in connection with the robbery and murder of a Youngstown real estate agent.

Retired judge V. Lee Sinclair will preside over the trials of Grant Cooper and Robert Brooks, who are accused of killing 67-year-old realtor Vivian Martin in 2010.

The two allegedly started a fire at the crime scene to destroy evidence in the case.

Judge James Evans has excused himself from both cases because he is retiring this fall.

Families of the victim have expressed concern over repeated delays in the trial.
