WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. -

Southwest Regional Police say they arrested a Sharon man allegedly trying to sell guns that had been reported stolen the night before.

23-year-old Chad Runyan was charged with six counts of receiving stolen property on Wednesday, after police arrested him at Shooters Supply gun shop on Short Street in West Middlesex.

Police say he was attempting to sell six guns that were taken from a home in Sharon on Tuesday night.

Runyan was arraigned Thursday morning before a district magistrate, and was jailed after being unable to make bond.

His next court hearing is scheduled for July 17.
