AUSTINTOWN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -

The Austintown woman whose daughter was murdered and tossed into a dumpster last week, was hospitalized just hours after the suspect in the crime was charged in court.

On Wednesday night, a neighbor called police to report that a woman at Jacqueline Bacher's Compass West apartment was unresponsive.

Inside the apartment, police found three spoons that had burn marks on them, several hypodermic needles, and suspected heroin residue.

One officer tells 21 News that Bacher was conscious when he arrived, but that she went to the hospital voluntarily.

Police point out that Bacher shares the apartment with an an adult daughter. There has been no word on Bacher's condition since the police report.

The body of Bacher's other daughter, Gina Burger was found by workers at a garbage transfer station in Mercer County, Pennsylvania last week.

Eighteen-year-old Ricki Williams, IV faces murder and other charges after police say he confessed that he is the one who fatally stabbed the 16-year-old girl.
