Stay Ahead of the Competition By Using Effective Communication Techniques

Posted: Updated:
Effective external communication improves customer service, increases customer satisfaction, enhance the value of your products and services, and increases sales.

El Dorado Hills, California – June 7, 2014 – Competition is always tough. It’s even tougher during bad economic conditions.

Regardless of the products and services your business provides for your customers, the more effective your communication skills and those of your employees the better you’ll perform against the competition.

Effective internal communication increases efficiencies, increases productivity, reduces costs, and speeds the processes that meet and exceed customer expectations.

In fact, according to Brian Silverthorn, CEO, Success Systems, a California-based consulting firm, “Effective external communication improves customer service, increases customer satisfaction, enhance the value of your products and services, and increases sales.”

The basics of effective communication are now available in an easy to read eBook – “Communication Skills for Small Business Entrepreneurs” . The information in this book is based on practical application and successful business results, not on theory.

The book is written by Brian Silverthorn. Brian specializes in helping small business entrepreneurs grow successful businesses by creating the right combination of people, structure and leadership in a high-trust environment guided, improved and expanded through effective communication.

“There are many components required to grow a business continuously and profitability. The effectiveness of the communication in a business determines the success or failure of each component.”
