AUSTINTOWN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -

The Mahoning County Grand Jury is expected to consider murder and other charges against the man suspected of killing a teenage girl in Austintown and tossing her body into a dumpster.

A Wednesday hearing in County Court for 18-year-old Ricki Darnell Williams, IV was continued until Friday after the prosecuting attorney said that the case is expected to go before the grand jury on Thursday.

Williams faces ten charges including aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse, kidnapping, intimidation, tampering with evidence, abduction, possessing criminal tools and criminal trespassing.

Police say that Williams fatally stabbed 16-year-old Gina Burger at the Compass West Apartment Complex, and forced a woman to help him dispose of the body in a dumpster.

The body was discovered by workers at a garbage transfer station in Mercer County Pennsylvania.

Williams remains held in the Mahoning County jail on $750,000 bond.
