Liberty man accused of putting bodily fluid in boss' soup

STRUTHERS, Ohio -

A Liberty Township man faces charges after allegedly putting his own semen into his boss' bowl of soup.

28-year-old John Cutlip faces felony charges of pandering obscenity and criminal mischief.

According to a report filed with Struthers police, Cutlip's had someone shoot a video of him performing a sex act on himself, and putting the bodily fluid into the soup.

The video was discovered by Cutlip's boss after he left his Facebook account open on his workplace computer. That was after the victim believes she consumed the soup.

"It's pretty disgusting and it's disturbing that someone would actually do that. There wasn't any reports of conflict within the business. The business owner says they got along every well." said Struthers Police Chief Tim Roddy.

Police say all the evidence they need was the video recorded by Cutlip himself.

Cutlip has already been indicted by  the Mahoning County Grand Jury. His next court hearing is scheduled for July 21.
