CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) - Two pairs of brothers have been indicted in connection with the robbery and shooting death of a popular suburban Cleveland restaurant owner.

Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH'-guh) County Prosecutor Timothy McGinty said Monday a grand jury has indicted three of the men on two counts of aggravated murder, four counts of kidnapping and three counts of aggravated robbery along with other charges.

McGinty said a fourth man was indicted on charges that included tampering with evidence and obstructing justice.

Police say 61-year-old Jim Brennan was shot June 30 during an attempted robbery at his Brennan's Colony restaurant. He died at a hospital.

One set of brothers resides in Garfield Heights, while the other pair lives in Cleveland.
