Mark Westfall Mark Westfall
STRUTHERS, Ohio -

The man suspected of murdering a resident at Struthers Manor will not be back in the Valley until next week.  That is because the attorney involved in the extradition of process 40-year-old Roy Cleary is on vacation.

The Struthers man was arrested at UPMC hospital in Pittsburgh Wednesday. Charges of theft and murder have been filed against him in Struthers Municipal Court.

Investigators say that Cleary had stopped by several hospitals in Western Pennsylvania since Tuesday, when the body of 56-year-old Mark Westfall was found in his Struthers Manor apartment.

Police say that Cleary has a drug problem, and was stopping at hospitals using a false name, hoping to obtain drugs.

Authorities are attempting to extradite Cleary to Ohio.
