Giant Eagle holding hiring event Monday

The Giant Eagle supermarket chain is looking to hire workers at Valley stores. The retailer announced on Friday that it will hold hiring events at three locations on Monday.

Giant Eagle says it needs to fill 40 open cashier and grocery clerk positions at area supermarkets and convenience stores.

Prospective employees can submit applications from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday at the following locations:

Howland Giant Eagle

8208 East Market Street

Warren, OH 44484

Giant Eagle Community Center

1201 Doral Dr.

Boardman, OH 44514

Austintown Giant Eagle

5220 Mahoning Ave.,

Youngstown, OH 44515
