Marshals arrest suspect for Youngstown murder

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted for murder and robbery in Youngstown.

Thirty-six-year-old Wesley Blackshear was apprehended on the south side of Youngstown at around 12:30p.m. Sunday.

Blackshear was indicted on Thursday for the shooting death of Brendon Moorer.

34-year-old Moorer was found in a car outside the Big Apple Super Market on McGuffey Road in May. He suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.

Blackshear was also charged with aggravated robbery and having weapons while under disability.  Investigators say he robbed another victim on the same night Moorer was shot to death.

If convicted of murder, Blackshear could be sentenced to life in prison.
