YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

A judge in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court set bail at a quarter of a million dollars for a suspect charged in connection with a murder and two robberies.

36-year-old Wesley Blackshear was arraigned Tuesday for aggravated murder, two counts of  aggravated robbery and having weapons under a disability.

A grand jury indicted Blackshear for the shooting death of 34-year-old Brendon Moorer, whose body was found in a car outside the Big Apple Super Market on McGuffey Road in May. Moorer suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.

Investigators say Blackshear robbed another victim on the same night Moorer was shot to death.

U.S. Marshals arrested Blackshear in Youngstown on Sunday.

If convicted of murder, Blackshear could be sentenced to life in prison.
