Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership ready to sell first renovated property

Posted: Updated:
WARREN, Ohio -

In Warren, one of the homes purchased and renovated by the Trumbull County Land Bank, in an effort to beautify the city, is ready to sell.

The three bedroom home on Vine Street is move in ready at $29,000.

The home is across from what will be a vineyard and near a community garden. The home had been abandoned for five years.

“What we are doing is trying to revitalize this street, this neighborhood, and over all, the city of Warren by making properties like this available to the public. It's available at that price if you're willing to live in it for at least three years,” said Matt Martin with the Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership.

A donation by Bill Casey and hard work by volunteers made the home rehabilitation possible.

Interested buyers should contact the Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership.
