Tiffany's 'Rainbow Cannoli' Recipe

Rainbow Cannoli

1 Large Box Fruity Pebbles
2 Bags Marshmallows
1 Stick Butter
1 Large Cool Whip
1 Can Sweet Condensed Milk
2 Packs Kool-Aid (Lemonade or Your Favorite)

Line two cookie sheets or your work space with parchment
paper and coat with cooking spray. Also spray a rolling pin.
On low heat in large stock pot melt butter, stir in the marshmallows.
When the marshmallows are melted & smooth pour in the
Fruity Pebbles. Mix well, until everything is completely coated.
Pour on to your work space and roll out thin, let cool.
In a large bowl whip the CoolWhip, Sweet
Condensed Milk and Kool-Aid.
Cut the Fruity Pebbles into circles, fold like a taco & lightly pinch.
Pipe each one with the ?lling and decorate with sprinkles.

You can also use:
Coco Puffs & Strawberry Kool-Aid ~ Chocolate Covered
Strawberry Cannoli
Rice Krispies & Lime Kool-Aid
(garnish w/ crushed graham crackers) = Key Lime Pie Cannoli
Just use your imagination & have fun!
Makes 12 large or 20 small
