Grand jury indicts Youngstown PNC robbery suspects

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -

The two men suspected of robbing a Youngstown bank have been indicted by Mahoning County Grand Jury.

Michael Zarlingo, 55, and Rickie Gonzales, 51, were indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, one count of firearm specification and one count of repeat violent offender specification.

The two are suspected of robbing the PNC Bank branch on Meridian Road in April.

Officials said one of the men remained in the lobby holding a sawed off shotgun, the other jumped over the customer service counter, forcibly removing money from an employee's hand before taking cash from the teller's money drawers.

PNC offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the identification and prosecution of the suspects, who were described as armed and dangerous.

Zarlingo and Gonzales were arrested inside the Mountaineer Casino and Racetrack.
